Who is Coach Slaus?

My name is Sam Stanislaus. I've been coaching track & field for 11 years after competing in track & field for 10 years before that. Over the last 10 years i have coached a number of athletes in track & field to international level, with representation in GB, Germany & Spain athletics teams. As well as coaching track & field i have worked with athletes from netball, football, crossfit & rugby.
