Hello team and if you are new here welcome to the website.

 

My name is COACH SLAUS and i run Elite track Coaching.

Im lucky enough to work with 11 talented athletes across, England, Germany, Spain, Ireland and USA. 

I document the journey on Instagram and TikTok and you can purchase all our training programmes on the website.

I have now started updating our YouTube channel with loads of useful tips and guides to help your training. As well as bringing back the vlogs!

In 2025 we have posted 3 vlogs on the channel, taking a look behind the scenes at our indoor comps. There are some more exciting videos coming as i head to Madrid and Dortmund for the Spanish and German indoor champs.
