Here you can access the 4 week training programme I use for my athletes to prepare for winter training.
This is the programme all my athletes follow to build a base of strength and endurance prior to beginning winter training.
You can see all the sessions my athletes do in our training plans, and get a feel for the demands of training at an international level.
My athletes all follow the same 4 weeks regardless of event, including 400m, 800m, 400mh, Heptathlon & Decathlon.
All the sessions will have notes and video links to make it easy for you to follow along.
