Here we are looking to build a foundation. You can increase your running volume and frequency.
I recommend this programme for anyone wanting to take a more structured approach to running. This is the foundation programme for our ‘PERFORM’ programme which is a 12 week race specific preperation.
The template will include all running sessions but won’t include specific gym sessions and recovery it will just be a guide as to when to include them.
We do have gym and accessory programmes available on site to supplement this one.
