Here we are looking at performance, we have built a foundation now it’s time to build to a peak. You can increase your running volume and frequency. We will help you maintain general strength and improve running specific strength and introduce recovery protocols.
I recommend this programme for anyone wanting to take a more structured approach to running. This is the next step on from the ‘BUILD’ programme. ‘Perform’ is a 12 week race specific preperation.
Whether you are racing 10km/Half marathon or full marathon we will get you ready to race.
You have 2 options, a ‘PERFORM’ template as a PDF overview of the 12 weeks including all the sessions. The other option is a fully accessible ‘PERFORM’ programme with video links and guidance via my true coach app.
The template will include all running sessions but won’t include specific gym sessions and recovery it will just be a guide as to when to include them. The full programme will include all aspects of the training.
