Here we are looking to build a foundation. You can increase your running volume and frequency. We will help you maintain general strength and improve running specific strength and introduce recovery protocols.
I recommend this programme for anyone wanting to take a more structured approach to running. This is the foundation programme for our ‘PERFORM’ programme which is a 12 week race specific preperation.
You have 2 options, a ‘BUILD’ template as a PDF overview of the 12 weeks including all the sessions. The other option is a fully accessible ‘BUILD’ programme with video links and guidance via my true coach app.
The template version will include all running sessions but won’t include specific gym sessions and recovery it will just be a guide as to when to include them. The full programme will include all aspects of the training.
