6 WEEK PLYOMETRICS FOR BEGINNERS 

This plan is designed for athletes of all levels who want to start adding plyometrics into their training.

This programme is great for all sports, track, crossfit, rugby, football, netball etc!

Sessions include video links so you can see how to perform each exercise!

This is your opportunity to access a plan that over 6 weeks will help you to become more explosive and powerful and help you maximise your potential.

Each week will involve a Low. Medium & High plyometrics session that can work alongside your normal training. The low session is a warm up based session. The medium session is around 30 mins and can be used as part of a gym or track session. The high session we recommend doing as its own session as its more demanding and takes more time.
