Here you can access our lower limb conditioning training programme

The programme gives you 4 weeks worth of sessions that will help you to build and condition your legs! Including plyometric, speed and stability work. In the gym and on the track.

The training plan is a generic plan taken from the training programmes I've designed and developed for my athletes, particularly jumper, runners and football players. It combines strength, conditioning, prehab & basic plyometrics.
